PESI Construction is a licensed general contractor based in the Twin Cities metro. We started in 2001 because we saw too many homeowners, builders, and property managers struggling to find reliable crews that actually show up, communicate, and get the job done right. Today we run 10 crews across the metro, handling everything from single-family roof replacements to full-structure framing for builders and property managers.
Most bad contractor experiences aren't about craftsmanship they're about communication. The crew that doesn't show up. The change order nobody explained. The call that goes to voicemail for a week. We built PESI to fix that part first, and we hold the same standard on the work itself.
